Welcome to Laurel Lane Development

Laurel Lane Development Association is located on Lake Wallenpaupack in the beautiful Pocono Mountains Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania. There are approximately 159 properties in the community with 135 homes constructed. We have slightly over 3 miles of community roads (tar & chip surface), and are located in two Townships: Palmyra and Greene, both in Pike County. The community is served by its own central water system with three community wells.  Septic systems are on-lot and maintained by each property owner.  We have four common dock areas, one of which contains a launch ramp for lake access.  A total of approximately 80 boats slips are available for member rental on a first come fist serve basis.  We have no community recreational buildings, pools and beach areas.

All property owners in the Development are automatically members of the Community and subject to all of the By-Laws, the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, and the LLDA Rules & Regulations.  These documents are presented to potential buyers upon closing, and are available for view on this website.
